Canadian Salvaged Timber
Supply, Design, and Build
Established 1997

Canadian Salvaged Timber Corporation is a reclaimed wood supply, design, and build company in downtown Toronto. Since 1997, we have supplied local, high quality salvaged wood in the form of timbers, milled lumber, live-edge slabs and flooring in the city and across North America. Our clientele includes architects, designers, retail furnishing companies, restaurant owners and commercial & residential customers.

Sourced Locally

We strive to source as close to home as possible. We aim to keep our environmental footprint low by sourcing reclaimed wood from the City of Toronto and surrounding areas in Southern Ontario. As such, the vast majority of our lumber supply is reclaimed.

Lambos Tsaousidis

Founder

Lambos founded Canadian Salvaged Timber Corp. in 1997, when Toronto was just beginning to pay attention to the reclaimed wood movement. Since then, he has brokered millions of board feet of reclaimed wood of all varieties and species. With almost 20 years of experience, he has gained exceptional knowledge and understanding of wood, wood movement, and carpentry techniques.

Our Mission & Philosophy

We at Canadian Salvaged Timber seek to facilitate fair exchange between the community, economy, and the environment. We understand that not everyone wants cookie-cutter Swedish-designed furniture. We provide unique design solutions for businesses and individuals, and in doing so, aim to enrich people’s understanding of wood, reclaiming, and woodworking culture.

We work with reclaimed wood because we believe in minimizing harmful environmental impact while maximizing customer value. We do this by hand-selecting locally sourced, quality reclaimed woods with excellent character, and focus our work on bringing out the natural beauty of the wood.
