Barn Boards

Our barn boards are reclaimed in lumber form from  barns and warehouses across Ontario. We also mill lumber from our timbers into a variety of standard and custom lumber dimensions . Each board brings its own unique character to the design creating a rich and distinctive look.

We currently stock a wide variety of softwoods and hardwoods, including Pine, Hemlock, Hickory, Oak, Maple, Birch, Elm, Ipe, and more. Please contact us with requests for hard-to-find species.

The Queen’s Wharf Collection

In 1998, the historic Queen’s Wharf was rediscovered after nearly a century hidden in the landfill that created Toronto’s current waterfront. Canadian Salvaged Timber collected a large number of timbers from the wharf, which served as a main landing point built in the 1790s for the British Garrison. This century-old wood displays a truly unique colouring due to its absorption of the mineral content of the soil.
